Monitoring
On November 5, in accordance with the arrangement reached with the authorities of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, the OSCE Mission will conduct a planned monitoring of the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan in the eastern direction of NKR Martakert region Seysulan residence. From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring will be conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Khristo Khristov (Bulgaria) and Yevgeni Sharov (Ukraine). NKR authorities expressed willingness to support the conduction of monitoring and ensure OSCE Mission members’ security. NKR MFA
