The video is from the archive of A1+ Company On October 27, 1999, during the Armenian parliamentary question-and-answer session five heavily armed gunmen burst into the parliament building spraying a hail of bullets that left Prime Minister Vazgen Sargsyan, parliament speaker Karen Demirchyan, and several other leading politicians dead.
