It is only recognition and condemnation of such heinous crimes that can prevent their recurrence, he stressed. With regard to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the Armenian official stressed that only a peaceful and negotiated settlement of the conflict within the OSCE Minsk Group is acceptable to Armenia. The President of the Bundestag, in turn, said the military solution of the conflict is inadmissible for them.
