“No to Putin”, “23 years’ independence ended so easily?, with such posters about 10 citizens marched from Freedom Square to Baghramyan 26 complaining against signing the EEU agreement on October 10. Daniel Ionnisyan noted those demands, which will be presented to Serzh Sargsyan, “There are contradictions with the RA Constitution in the EEU agreement and we demand not to sign that agreement.” To the question whether concerned citizens aren’t few, Daniel Ionnisyan answered, “Even in the country having the worst government, the people must have the right to raise their voice. If the RA citizens rise in Armenia, there won’t be such dictatorship. With that agreement we yield our identity, we lose our independence. People don’t know about this.” People, gathered on Baghramyan 26, are crying, “Don’t return from Minsk.” What refers to the rally of the Troika on October 10, Daniel Ionnisyan said, that he doesn’t have much expectations from them, “They will hold rally and Serzh Sargsyan will sign the EEU agreement.”
