October 9 especially at the second half of the day, at the night of the 10th in most of the regions and during the daytime in eastern regions from time to time rain and in separate regions fog is expected. October 11-13 no precipitations are expected. North-eastern wind speed is 5-10 mph. Temperature on October 12-13 will go up by 3-4, in eastern regions by 8-10 degrees.
