Will Armenia finalize its membership to the Eurasian Customs Union during the EerAsEc Meeting on October 10 in Minsk?

According to the official website of the Kremlin, the issue of Armenia's accession is not included in the agenda. Republican MP Hovhannes Sahakyan cannot give a clear answer to the question. “We believe that we shall sign the treaty and join the Union before January 1, 2015.” The EurAsEC will be terminated and replaced by the Customs Union from January 1, 2015.
