Gyumri’s Shirak Centre NGO continues assisting homeless and needy families living in domiks (temporary shelters) in Gyumri city. The NGO is giving the families fuel as part of its annual charitable programme. The NGO aims to present in its videos and reportages the living conditions of families living in abject poverty.
