NKR Prime Minister took part in the foundation ceremony of church

On September 26 Prime Minister of Artsakh Republic visited Chartar and took part in the foundation ceremony of St. Vardanants Church financed by “Karabakh villages’ development” fund. After blessing ceremony by Armenian Apostolic Church Artsakh Diocese Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Prime Minister had a working consultation with Chartar community leaders and council members as well as other philanthropists. A. Harutyunyan asked about construction work in Chartar financed by “Karabakh villages’ development” fund and NKR Government. Community heads introduced the process of the work to Prime Minister. The Government head called to continue the work more actively also by including the residents of communities. A. Harutyunyan turned to the possibilities of Chartar economic development and noted that soon new cooperation project will be launched in the communities, on which NKR Government staff territorial management and resettlement department head Zhirayr Mirzoyan made a report. He informed that the suggested cooperation project is implemented in the countries with advanced agriculture and the its implementation in Artsakh supposes to increase the agricultural efficiency. In his turn the head of the executive noted that the cooperation project implemented in Martakert region Talish village was a success and stimulated Mataghis residents to apply to the Government for getting state financing for the implementation of the project. After the consultation A. Harutyunyan visited the kindergarten in Chartar, which is built by charitable donations, got acquainted with road construction work, as well as he was in the village hospital, which is also under construction.
