Hovik Abrahamyan got angry
Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan got angry, when Justice Minister Hovhannes Manukyan presented draft laws and asked for 2-3 more days for discussing the issues. “It is already a tradition to ask time after having made the decision. No principal or textual issue will be changed, only technical issues,”- noted Prime Minister. The Minister also noted that there are only technical issues. By the way, today the Government confirmed the suggestion of doing reconstruction work in “Armavir”, “Artik”, “Sevan” prisons.
