Armenia wins three medals at 2014 Junior European Wrestling Championships
Armenia won three medals at the 2014 Junior European Wrestling Championships in Katowice, Poland. In 60 kg weight class, Armenian wrestler Gevorg Gharibyan beat his French rival Yasin Ozay to take the first place. Armenia’s Hrant Kalachyan became winner in 66 kg weight class after taking a 16:5 win over Russia's wrestler Alexey Tadykin. Finally, Armenia’s Karen Abgaryan took a bronze medal in 96 kg weight class.
