Handicraft complex to be built instead of 80 apartments (video)

After the vacation, the Gyumri Council of Elders convened a session to discuss 40 issues. In recent years, the two dormitories of the former radio station in Gyumri have only been taken back from different individuals and structures. Thus, the "fates" of these buildings are still uncertain.

Last year, the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund initiated a program entitled "Our Gyumri", within the framework of which it was planned to build 80 apartments in two dormitories. For this purpose, a telethon was organized in Los Angeles and the corresponding amount was raised.

Gyumri Council of Elders handed over one of the buildings to the foundation for free use. The Council of Elders declared the decision invalid today.
