Azerbaijanis open fire on Armenian helicopter
At around 11, May 19, Armenia's Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan arrived [by helicopter] at a military unit stationed in Noyemberyan, a city in northeastern Tavush province.
As the residents of Voskepar village report, Azerbaijani troops opened fire on the helicopter transporting the Armenian Minister of Defence. The helicopter was reportedly flying at low altitudes.
