Road map: positive progress

On May 17, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan partook in the meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in Krakow. The High Representative of the Union of Foreign Affairs Catherine Ashton and Commissioner responsible for enlargement and European neighborhood policy Stefan Fule, foreign ministers of Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, deputy foreign minister of Belarus and Irish minister on European issues presiding in EU were also present at the meeting.

Touching upon the cooperation of Armenia and EU, minister Nalbandyan said, "Eastern Partnership has become an efficient mechanism for strengthening our relations with the EU. It has changed the quality and nature of our cooperation. The agenda of our cooperation is all-embracing and includes political dialogue, human rights, institutional reformations, economy, jurisdiction, issues on migration".

Mr. Nalbandyan also said, that Armenia has had a significant progress in all main spheres of realization of the Eastern Partnership road map.
