Artsakh Prez holds Security Council meeting
On March 22, President of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan held a meeting of the NKR Security Council to discuss issues related to foreign policy and agricultural development of the republic.
NKR National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghulyan, Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan and Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs delivered reports on foreign policy and recent working visits abroad.
Minister of Agriculture Andranik Khachatryan and other responsible officials reported on the development of agriculture, particularly the spring sowing.
Bako Sahakyan underlined the importance of organizing preparatory works on proper implementation of the 2013 spring sowing, giving relevant instructions to the heads of concerned bodies, reports the Central Information Department of the NKR President's Office.
