Stepan Safaryan: And who is the runner-up?
Heritage party representative Stepan Safaryan agrees with the authorities in one issue: the presidential elections were conducted to determine the runner-up.
"But the question is who that runner-up is," Mr Safaryan said on Monday.
"Unlike [Armenia's first president] Levon Ter-Petrosyan, Raffi Hovannisian leaves the window of communication open and does not make calls for breaking or smashing. He has decided not to repeat the mistakes of others," he added.
The Heritage member cited bribe and threats as the main reason overshadowing Hovannisian's victory in certain polling stations.
Safaryan's opponent at the Hayeli (Mirror) club, Republican MP Artak Davtyan says there are not winners or losers, there is a present-elect.
The Republican MP says the post-election developments have their logic and although their resemble the developments following the 2008 presidential election, this time the post-election protests cover the entire county, with rallies being held in different provinces.
