Nikol Pashinyan: Either victory, or nothing!

"My dear compatriots, the proud people of Armenia,
It is again February and again we are here, at Liberty Square, which means that despite their painstaking efforts the authorities have been unable to break the will of Armenian citizens.
"The agenda of today's rally shows that Armenian citizens cannot yet de jure celebrate a victory in the long-run struggle. Anyway, it is again February and we are again here, which means that our citizens' triumph is indivertible," said Mr Pashinyan.
"We are here to look straight into the eyes of violence and say, "Your defeat is inevitable, dear people! Despite the pessimistic predictions, the Armenian people have elected their president, but as it was expected the official figures issued by the Central Election Commission do not reflect the reality."
On February 18, 2013, people carried out a real revolution, a 30-second revolution, in the 1988 polling stations in Armenia, as was the case during the 2008 presidential election. Today our task is clear - to turn de facto victory into de jure victory.
The forces that are willing to support this victory, must do it without preconditions, because no one has the right to set preconditions before people, and public decision is, as a rule, taken for granted. This is the essence of democracy and constitution.
Raffi Hovannisian has received the vote of confidence and he should decide the fate of this vote. Either victory or nothing: we cannot lead the bright people of Armenia to defeat."
Pashinyan called on the ralliers to commemorate the ten victims of the March 1, 2008 post-election clashes and promise that no more blood will be shed in the capital.
"Either victory or nothing! Long live Armenian citizens! Long live our children who will live in a free and happy country!" he said.
