Bagratyan says he will disappoint his voters

Presidential candidate Hrant Bagratyan voted for a new Armenia in the February 18 ballot. He cast his ballot at Precinct 4/27 stationed in Yerevan's Arabkir district.
The candidate attended the polling station with his wife and daughter.

Taking to journalists, the hopeful said he had received alarms about violations since early morning. He is already thinking about the post-election process.
I hope that I shall disappoint my voters," he said.

Seven candidates are running in the Monday election: chairman of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan, Heritage party chairman Raffi Hovannisian, leader of Freedom party, former prime minister Hrant Bagratyan, former foreign minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Arman Melikyan, Chairman of the National Self-Determination Union party Paruyr Hayrikyan, Radio Hay director Andrias Ghukasyan and epos expert Vardan Sedrakyan.
