1998 presidential poll in Armenia
The first presidential election in Armenia to be covered by private TV companies took place in 1998. "AR," "Armenia" and "A1+"channels had airtime during the election. Besides, regional TV channels were actively developing in those years.
In collaboration with regional and Yerevan TV companies, Internews Armenia is making weekly independent news exchange program "Storaket."
