"Each diplomat, particularly an ambassador, should never cross the limits of diplomatic ethics while making statements regarding the inside and foreign policy and processes in the country of his accreditation, as it can cast shadow on that very ambassador, as on a man, who is responsible for the mission of development of amicable relations between the two countries," said Mr Kocharyan.
