Discussions of 2013 draft state budget start
The Armenian government took note of the preliminary version of the enlarged indices of Armenia's 2013 draft state budget, submitted by the Ministry of Finance. The republican executive bodies were instructed to submit - within a week - their proposals regarding the text of the preliminary version to the Ministry of Finance. It was decided to hold discussions of the draft budget's preliminary version. The discussions will be conducted by Armenian Prime Minister starting from September 10.
Deadline extended
By a government decision, the deadline for granting credits to organize agricultural activities has been extended until December 31. This year, credits of 7.5 billion AMD have been provided to over 9 thousand borrowers so far.
Priority interest
The government made an amendment to one of its previous decisions on the area adjacent to Yekmalyan Street in Yerevan. The area has been declared a priority public interest. By the new decision, the new purchaser assumes the obligations not met by the former developer, and the construction program on the single architectural complex of the mentioned area and Main Avenue is to be completed.
Research
At its session, the government made a decision to allocate more than 4.5 million AMD to the National Statistical Service of Armenia for the implementation of selective research of individual residential buildings. The decision will enable to collect information about over 800 individual residential buildings, which have received construction permit and are under construction, as well as to assess their values.
