They exchanged gifts
RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan today received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Kuwait to Armenia Bassam Mohammad Al-Qabandi.
Minister Hranush Hakobyan greeted the Ambassador and underlined the Kuwaiti authorities' generosity toward the Armenian community in Kuwait. Minister Hranush Hakobyan and Ambassador Al-Qabandi discussed the possibilities of carrying out the "Days of the Kuwaiti-Armenian Community" program in Yerevan, publishing a book about the history of the Kuwaiti-Armenian community and producing a film called "Traces of Armenians in Kuwait".
The sides also touched upon the perspectives for holding joint events devoted to education, culture and the economy. Ambassador Al-Qabandi particularly mentioned that Armenia is quite attractive for tourism.
