The drivers of the buses serving residents of Abovyan and Charentsavan cities are serving passengers today, even though they are still against the free buses provided by Gagik Tsarukyan benevolent Foundation.

The administration of King Deluxe Company has appealed to newly appointed Minister of Transport and Communication Gagik Beglaryan, who, according to the administration, is trying to take steps.

We remind that things didn't go as planned for leader of Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Gagik Tsarukyan and his godchild, owner of King Deluxe Artur Harutyunyan after the latter decided to join the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) and work for another team before the parliamentary elections.

According to some sources, the conflict has intensified so much that Artur Harutyunyan has left Armenia because of that. "A1+" asked Artur Dallakyan some questions regarding the issue at hand.

"A1+": In response to your protest, the Gagik Tsarukyan Benevolent Foundation announced that it would be continuing the benevolent act. What do you plan to do?

Artur Dallakyan: How are they going to do it? Let those so-called deputies be kind enough to read the legislation and understand what benevolence means and that if a benevolent act is not permitted, it can't be done. This is against our routes. Does the Foundation wish to get rid of our company and the jobs?

"A1+": Does this mean that you think this is being done intentionally against your company?

A.D.: I definitely do. There is no other way to understand this.

"A1+": You and Artur Harutyunyan are members of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK). Is it likely that they are trying to pressure you in the region?

A.D.: Nobody can try to pressure us. Nobody stands a chance. The most they can do is do illegal things.

"A1+": You say the Foundation is doing illegitimate things. How can it be illegitimate when there is a Ministry of Transport and Communication? Doesn't the ministry oversee the situation?

A.D.: We have appealed to the corresponding bodies and have received the response that such free routes aren't registered by the government and there is no permission from the Ministry of Transport. This means that the Foundation is working illegitimately.

"A1+": If it is illegitimate, why doesn't the ministry make sure it is stopped?

A.D.: You should ask the Foundation that question. Of course, we have appealed to the ministry. We didn't receive any response from the former minister, but we have some expectations from the current minister because we feel that he is trying to take some steps.

"A1+": Have you ever appealed to Gagik Beglaryan?

A.D.: Yes, we have been informed that the question is being discussed. We have also appealed to the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition.

"A1+": If the issue is solved, what will you do? Will you continue the workers' strike?

A.D.: The drivers have declared the workers' strike. I am against solving issues through workers' strikes because the routes are of state significance. We can't stop drivers from using those routes, but we understand the drivers' situation as well.

"A1+": The Foundation says Tsarukyan is carrying out benevolent acts and you are against that benevolence.

A.D.: If he wants to carry out benevolent acts, let him do it on his account. We have always carried out benevolent acts and have never made announcements about that because we have accepted that as a duty.

"A1+": Will you appeal to the court?

A.D.: No, we're waiting for the response from the corresponding bodies.
