NSS Head: "An honest man must not keep silent"
An honest man must explain, he must cry and write, tell everyone that he is honest and that he has not wronged, Gorik Hakobyan, Head of Armenia's National Security Service (NSS), said when commenting on the criminal case instituted against the Civilitas Foundation founded by former Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian.
"Keeping silence is unacceptable," said the NSS official.
In the meantime, Vartan Oskanian has been called to the NSS for a third time. He is to show up for questioning at 2.30 p.m. June 22. The previous time, Mr. Oskanyan refused to bear testimony at the NSS.
