Hovik Abrahamyan reelected
With 102 for, 4 against, 0 abstinent votes and 4 invalid ballots, Hovik Abrahamyan was reelected Chairman of the National Assembly. He was the only candidate.
The deputies of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashanaktsutyun (ARF-D) had not shown up to parliament, and the ARF-D had refused to take part in the NA chairman election, meaning Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) was also in favor of Abrahamyan's nomination.
