“Future government will be based on electoral fraud”
Economist Movses Aristakesyan is more than certain of what kind of government Armenia will have soon.
"It will be a government that will be formed on the basis of stolen votes and electoral fraud," said Aristakesyan.
Aristakesyan says the former government didn't fulfill any of the pledges that it had made, including the pledge for proportionate development of territories.
According to the economist, the primary goals of the government's "fairy-tale" program were macroeconomic stability, social integration, the development of human capital and the proportionate development of territories.
Aristakesyan believes Armenia's economy would have been developed, if the government had a strategic plan for stable economic development.
"That wealth is in the hands of 30 families and they are using that wealth with the ruling party," says Aristakesyan.
