Aparan’s new representative in parliament
Head of "Tigran Mets" Publishing House Vrej Markosyan, who was nominated by the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) under the majoritarian ticket from Aparan, told "A1+" that he would be in parliament as a representative of Aparan.
It is known that Aparan's representative in parliament was Lyova Khachatryan, who lost support from Prosecutor General, President of "Nig Aparan" Compatriotic Union Aghvan Hovsepyan in the May 6 elections, became a member of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) and was nominated by that party.
The "Nig-Aparan" Union currently supports Vrej Markosyan. The presses say Lyova Khachatryan lost a part of his businesses due to conflicts with the Prosecutor General.
"A1+" asked Vrej Markosyan whether he wasn't afraid of losing some things, if he was ever on bad terms with the Prosecutor General, to which he replied:
"No, I don't know what Lyova Khachatryan lost or gained, but I'm not afraid of anything because I have a road that I have traveled," declared the deputy.
