“BHK also has scumbags”
Members of Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) also distributed electoral bribes during the elections, even at the precincts where the Armenian National Congress (HAK) had a candidate. This means that the BHK's electoral bribes went against the HAK as well. In relation to this, HAK member, secretary of the board of the People's Party of Armenia Felix Khachatryan replied:
"Well, what can we do? There are scumbags among BHK members as well. Who says there are no scumbags?"
