Voters at precinct N 1/19 in the Avan district are also disappointed with the stamp in their passports. The ink ran out right before they left the polling station.

After receiving the complaints, head of the electoral commission Robert Manvelyan called the electoral commission at precinct N 1 and asked what he had to do. He was instructed to set the used stamp that had to stay in the voters' passports for 12 hours aside and use the stamp with normal ink.

"We are now using stamps with normal ink so that the stamps don't disappear. Until then, stamps had disappeared from the passports of two voters, but we brought them back," says head of the electoral commission at precinct N 1/19 in Avan district Robert Manvelyan.

The voting process is being taped at this precinct by a cameraman from Kentron TV.
