Artsakh President grants pardons
On May 4, President of the Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to parole eleven convicts.
According to decree, twenty-nine individuals were granted partial pardon.
Pardon applications of 87 convicts were turned down due to the previously committed crimes, negative characteristics from places of imprisonment, nature and gravity of the committed crimes, Artsakh President's Press Service reported.
