OEK against house rents
"We would like to lift the burden of paying rent off of the people's shoulders and fully change the current system of paying bills. People only have to pay for services that are provided," said leader of "Country of Law" Party (OEK) Artur Baghdasaryan during a meeting with voters in the Malatia-Sebastia district.
"Renovating roofs and improving the conditions at entrances to apartment buildings is not the job of political parties or benefactors. There has to be a structural solution to these issues. Among the important views in our party's political program is the liberalization of the sphere of providing services. As a result of that, we will have small companies that will compete with each other to ensure higher quality services for the money they receive and solve the issue of unemployment facing thousands of our compatriots."
