"Authorities gave definite instructions"
The Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) led by Serzh Sargsyan is to meet residents of Armenia's Armavir Marz on April 11. The meeting is held as part of the party's pre-election tour.
The leadership of the marz at the head of Governor Ashot Ghahramanyan, Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorgyan, retired general Seyran Saroyan, who has been nominated in constituency #19 by the majoritarian electoral system, and Arakel Movsisyan (Shmays), who is also included in the party's electoral list, have arrived at Parakar village to meet with the HHK leadership.
Arakel Movsisyan assured those gathered that the country's authorities had instructed them to hold free and fair elections.
"We want to take the country forward. We do not want to pay lip-service in order to increase the country's reputation," he said.
