RA Police: “Rally is illegal”
The RA Police informs that the rally organized by the Armenian National Congress (HAK) in Ashtarak on April 10 is illegal and that the participants of the rally are liable according to the law.
"Nevertheless, taking into account the peaceful nature of the rally, the RA Police has expressed willingness to support the rally as long as the rally remains peaceful and doesn't lead to disturbance of social order and the violation of others' constitutional rights.
At the same time, we declare that the conditions and the order for implementing and protecting the freedom of rallies are regulated by the RA law "On Freedom of Rallies", reports the RA Police press service.
