Making them feel poor instead of awarding them

A group of mothers with more than one child have sent a letter to Serzh Sargsyan with a clear demand.

In the letter it is stated:

"The Republic of Armenia, which has seen war, an earthquake and has suffered many losses, needs to grow and rejuvenate.

The current authorities, which need to defend and support the mothers with more than one child who maintain the gene pool and who make up a small percentage of Armenia's population, have been left alone, are not remembered, and the government is not taking any steps to protect our rights.

The government has allocated a small subsidy for poverty, which (7,500 drams per child), instead of awarding us, is making us feel poor, ignored at schools and hospitals as educators and doctors and by the society in general, and we often hear the words "If you couldn't raise your children, you shouldn't have given birth to them to begin with".

Why not? After all, Armenia needs many families with more than one child. But if it doesn't need them, buy tickets for us and send us to countries where our rights and our children's rights are protected and where the governments need soldiers and smart children.

We ask you to discuss our demand and respond..."
