RA Road Patrol officers have fined Governor of Vayots Dzor province, member of Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Sergey Bagratyan. Bagratyan will have to pay two fines (100,000 and 10,000 drams). The governor will have to pay the first fine for placing a false license plate and the second fine for attaching the license plate of one car to the other.
