The Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) would like to show itself to the world with its proportional electoral list. This is what Vice-Chairman of the HHK, NA Deputy Razmik Zohrabyan said during a press conference today.

"This list simply presents our image. After the elections, there will obviously be people who will continue their work. This is merely a representative list. We're not only presenting it to our society, but to the world as well," declared Zohrabyan.

According to Zohrabyan, the changes in the "bottom parts of the proportional list" are inevitable, but the names included in the first 20 places will remain unchanged.
Zohrabyan also touched upon former Mayor of Yerevan Gagik Beglaryan, who used to be a hot topic for public and political debates not too long ago and said constantly reminding a person of his acts was unacceptable.

"He realized that he had made a mistake and resigned. Gagik Beglaryan is part of our team and it was our pleasure to present him. He has a lot to do. We also present our military figures like General Manvel," said Razmik Zohrabyan.

Zohrabyan didn't deny the fact that the HHK proportional list was very different from the list that the party had presented in the previous elections.

"This time, the list includes the names of well-known individuals from all spheres," said Zohrabyan.

The HHK Vice-Chairman regretted to say that the 250 members of the proportional list wouldn't be in parliament "because there are only 131 seats". He didn't consider the people on the HHK list in parliament as "people pressing the buttons". He also didn't forget the HHK's slogan, that is, "Let's Believe to Change and said it was on the party's logo.

"We have to be united as one, at least in this process. When it comes time for us to sign a peace deal with Azerbaijan, or give a favorable solution to the Artsakh issue and there will no longer be a threat to our security, that is when we will live freely like the Europeans," said the HHK member.

The deputy said he didn't know whether the HHK would form a coalition within the National Assembly or not. "We will decide after the elections," said Zohrabyan.
