Incumbent Mayor triumphs in local elections

According to preliminary information, the incumbent Mayor of Arshaluys village [Armavir marz] Zarzand Grigoryan, has won the local elections.

Grigoryan received 1460 votes while his contender Grigor Grigoryan 493 votes. About 120 ballots were considered invalid.

Zarzand Grigoryan is the brother of Republican Party MP Hrant Grigoryan.
