Proxies lie on ballot boxes

As soon as the elections ended in Hrazdan city, the lights in three polling stations and at the pre-election office of mayoral candidate Sasun Mikayelyan went off for ten minutes.
In the meantime, Mikayelyan's proxies lay on the ballot boxes to prevent ballot stufiing. The counting of votes continued as soon as the lights came back.
Senior representatives of the Armenian National Congress Gagik Jhangiryan and Myasnik Malkhasyan are presently in Hrazdan.
There are 27 polling stations throughout the city.
