Out of the 20 eyewitnesses, only one testified against former Road Patrol Chief Margar Ohanyan.
The person who testified against the former road patrol chief was former Chief of the 1st Road Patrol Officer Battalion Arsen Arshakyan, who declared that the benzene which he received was less than what he had expected.
We remind that Margar Ohanyan is tried for appropriating the benzene that was allocated to Road Patrol.
