“Using publicity as a weapon”
Why do some Armenian youth not want to serve in the army?
"Unfortunately, there is such a tendency. Youth are in panic after hearing the incidents taking place in the army," says military expert David Jamalyan.
The military expert sees the solution of the issue through preparing youth before army recruitment. "We have to use publicity as a weapon. We have to set the objective, shed light on the issue, talk about it and make our military structure function more efficiently."
The expert says the majority of the soldiers and commanders will sacrifice their lives for the homeland's defense.
