The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited the 3 Armenian prisoners of war and 5 civilians in captivity in Azerbaijan. The prisoners of war and civilians are members of one family.

The Armenian captives in Azerbaijan transferred 3 letters and 3 messages to 4 ICRC representatives, reports the APA Azerbaijani news agency.
