Army construction issues discussed
President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan on January 12 had a meeting with First Deputy Head of the main headquarters of the RA Armed Forces, general-lieutenant Enrico Apryamov and Deputy Head of the main headquarters, general-major Stepan Galstyan.
During the meeting attended by Minister of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh, general-lieutenant Movses Hakobyan, issues related to army construction were discussed, reports the Central Department of Information of the apparatus of the NKR President.
