Artsvashen won?
The issue of showing social support to former residents of Artsvashen has been solved by the government's decision.
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan explained that the residents of Artsvashen were shown a special approach at their request.
"The delicacy of the decision is that we are deviating from the general order," the Prime Minister said. "To fulfill the request of the residents of Artsvashen, we agreed that all 708 families would give a written consent for the application of the scheme for distribution of funds that they had proposed. We have collected all the signatures, and the government will be providing 708 million drams. With that, the residents of Artsvashen consider that the government has fulfilled all of its obligations. We respect their unity and the will to express a unified position."
