According to Karapetyan, Serzh Sargsyan has to confirm the decree on his dismissal, and the Ministry of Defense still hasn't received the decree.
Meanwhile, "A1+"'s sources confirm the news in the media that Serzh Sargsyan has already confirmed and will appoint Head of the Control Department at the Ministry of Defense Armen Sahakyan as a replacement.
