Forces enter Moscow
Columns of cars full of soldiers headed toward central Moscow today, according to the information posted on the website of "Ruskaya Sluzhba Novosti".
According to the same source, the forces have mainly been stationed on the "Butirski Vali", "Volgogradsky" and "Kutuzovsky" avenues, the "Leningradsky", "Yaroslavsky" and "Entuziasts" highways and the "Moskovoretsky" riverside.
Readers are posting their opinions on several Russian online media websites, and according to them, the reason for closing down central Moscow is to make sure 10,000 people show up at "Yedinaya Rosia" Party's rally tomorrow.
Later, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation announced that the reason for military interference were the prohibited mass actions that "disturbed regular city transportation", reports ITAR-TASS.
