Public transportation between Yerevan and remote marzes is again disrupted ahead of another rally of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) due to take place at Yerevan's Liberty Square at 6:00 p.m. November 25.

There is an apparent disruption in transport communication between the capital and Sevan.

"A big surprise was awaiting me in the morning. I had an appointment with a doctor in Yerevan but there were no minibuses at the bus station. Nor there was a dispatcher to account for the mess," a citizen of Sevan told A1+ on the phone.

Susanna Tonoyan, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Transportation and Communication, told A1+ that they were unaware of disrupted transport communication and promised to check the situation on the spot.

Armenia's First President Levon Ter-Petrosyan is expected to address the rally participants. The key issue on the rally agenda is the adoption of a declaration on demanding Serzh Sargsyan's resignation

The rally will be followed by a march.
