19th anniversary of our “eyes and ears”
Today marked the 19th anniversary of Armenia's intelligence service. During the events dedicated to the anniversary, Armenian intelligence officers of the RA Armed Forces proved that they were ready for any military operation for the country's defense.
RA Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan welcomed everyone and first and foremost the intelligence agents at the event.
"The Ministry of Defense and military units are celebrating the 19th anniversary of Armenia's intelligence service. This goes to show how much army commanders place importance on the agents' important and interesting profession," he said.
The Defense Minister said the intelligence agents had done a brilliant job. "All subdivisions of the RA Armed Forces have been formed based on the particularities of intelligence. The intelligence agents of the Armed Forces have been, as they say, our "eyes and ears"."
Ohanyan assured that Armenian intelligence agents are very prepared and that without them Armenia will be incapable of achieving success in the Artsakh conflict and today.
The parade and military drills at the Ministry of Defense were dedicated to the intelligence agents that died in the Artsakh war and the current agents. Seyran Ohanyan approached all pavilions placed in the yard of the Ministry of Defense and congratulated everyone. The best received awards and certificates.
