"A1+", that is, Meltex LTD is appealing the Administrative Court's October 3 ruling with six points. The appeal has already been submitted to the Administrative Court of Appeals.

The first instance court denied "A1+"'s appeal against the National Commission on Television and Radio (third person-ArmNews CJSC) by which it demands recognizing the tender held on 16 December 2010 as invalid. On that day, the NCTR deprived "A1+" of the opportunity to be on air again.

"A1+"'s lawyer presented the errors of the Administrative Court that he found in the verdict. "The court has breached Article 29 of the RA law "On Licensing" and has given a wrong interpretation," "A1+"'s lawyer Alexander Sahakyan said.

Continuing with the errors that the Administrative Court made, he underlined:
The court says one of the companies that participated in the tender had a better financial state than the other, but that is not corroborated by the law. There is no law that can give such corroboration."

"A1+"'s lawyer is planning on giving a more detailed presentation of the Administrative Court's wrong interpretation of the law during a press conference to be held at "Friday" Club at 12:00 on November 4.

The press conference is organized by the board of trustees of "A1+"'s "People's TV" Foundation, which believes that "A1+" is still being politically persecuted.
