"But for the October 27 terror attack, the situation would be quite different in Armenia. We wouldn't have witnessed March 1, emigration, and systematic degradation," he said.

The HZhK Leader says the 1999 terror attack killed the last hope in Armenians.

"Our authorities have done everything to conceal the crime but we shall force them to fully disclose not only the October 27 but also the other crimes," Demitchyan said adding that to make reforms in the country they need to topple down the acting regime.

"The country cannot prosper as long as the power is seized by a group of people and citizens are not involved in political processes. We shall achieve our aim," pledged Stepan Demir
