Deputy Minister dismissed
Arman Kirakossian has been dismissed from the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and has been appointed Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Austria (seat in Vienna).
By another decree signed by Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Austria Arman Kirakossian has also been appointed Head of the Armenian Mission to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (seat in Vienna).
