Austrian side expresses gratitude
Outgoing Armenian Ambassador to Austria Ashot Hovakimyan has had several meetings in Austria. The MFA press service reports that Hovakimyan has had meetings with Federal President of Austria Heinz Fisher, the President's Advisor on European and International Affairs, Ambassador Helmut Froydenschus, State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of European and International Affairs of Austria Wolfgang Waldner, secretary general Johannes Kirle and acting political director Franz Josef Kuglich.
During the meetings, the Austrian side has expressed gratitude to Ashot Hovakimyan for his efficient activities as Armenian Ambassador to Austria and has expressed satisfaction with the active development of relations between both countries in bilateral and multilateral formats throughout the six years of his diplomatic service.
In light of the end of Hovakimyan's diplomatic mission, the Federal Ministry of European and International Affairs of Austria organized an official reception attended by the heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Austria, heads of the OSCE and international organizations in Vienna and other officials.
